Coast and Country Surveys is a small practice based in The Poole Area which has been set up to provide clients with a clear and concise surveys based on guidelines developed by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Principal and Building Surveyor Mr Ben Russell provides flexible surveys throughout Dorset and surrounding areas to meet all the needs of clients.

Coast and Country Surveys has recently been working on the Grade II listed building at Stapehill Abbey (pictured left) carrying out a range of surveys to assist in the conversion of the historic building into residential houses. The Site which contains 22 Units has been surveyed to comply with conversation requirements, prevent damp ingress, increase energy efficiency and to comply generally with the statutory building regulations.
